Seeking Freedom Gallery Talk — Addressing Difficult Conversations

Join Rokeby Museum’s Executive Director and Co-curator of Seeking Freedom, Dr. Lindsay Varner, for a tour of the Exhibition and a discussion on how the curators approached presenting difficult histories and stories in it. 

This is part of a series of monthly gallery talks with the exhibition’s curators this summer. Each talk will explore a different aspect of the new exhibition.

We are thrilled to announce that this year’s extravaganza will take place on Sunday, August 11th from 1-4pm, and you`re invited to join the fun! Expect a delightful afternoon filled with live music, exciting raffles, and scrumptious pies!

This isn’t just any day; it`s the museum`s most anticipated event of the year, and we need YOU to make it even more spectacular. Our success lies in the hands of brilliant home bakers who generously donate their delicious pies. Every pie sold directly supports the Rokeby Museum.
